The print-request form keeps requests fair, labelled, and organized across classes and clubs.

Notion and the print queue are different

• Notion is required: it documents your process, screenshots, feedback, revisions, reflection, and submitted model.
• The print-request form is optional: use it only if you want a physical print.

Submitting a form does not guarantee that an unprintable, oversized, unsafe, copied, or inappropriate design will be printed. Review 3D Printing Principles and Rules and Reviewing Your Design first.

Before requesting a print

• The Notion entry and model file are complete.
• The model passed peer and self-review.
• The filename includes your name and project title.
• The dimensions and orientation are intentional.
• You accept that filament colour is normally whatever is loaded.
